Moe is a Social Scientist and a Consultant. She was previously holding the position of County Executive Committee Member in charge of Water, Irrigation, Agriculture, and Land Reclamation in Turkana County Government.
Her roles included serving as a Director of the Rift Valley Water Services Board, Chairperson of the Technical Committee of the same board, and Chairperson of the Audit Committee.
Additionally, she worked as a Project Officer for the AMREF Kenya Turkana Project and as a Relief Officer for the Oxfam Turkana Relief Program.
